PHIL NEWSOM (Producer) is an Academy Award-nominated film producer based in NYC. His feature film credits include "April Flowers," starring Celina Jade (Arrow) and Keir Dullea (2001: A Space Odyssey); "I Can, I Will, I Did," starring Tony-nominated Mike Faist (West Side Story) and Selenis Leyva (Orange is the New Black); "Alina," directed by the late Ben Barenholtz (producer of Miller’s Crossing, Barton Fink, Requiem for a Dream); "Central Park Dark," starring Tom Sizemore (Saving Private Ryan); "Snakehead," starring Sung Kang (The Fast & The Furious); "Albanian Gangster," starring Ashley C. Williams (Human Centipede); "Every Time I Die," starring Marc Menchaca (Ozark, The Outsider), available on NETFLIX; and "Waiting for Godot," starring Ethan Hawke and John Leguizamo.
Phil also produced the Oscar-nominated short film "Feeling Through," which featured the first deafblind actor in a lead role. His films have received international distribution and premiered in AMC theaters, reaching audiences on major platforms, including Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Apple TV.
